In 4wa, we LOVE our PE time. Once a week, our class has a chance to get creative and participate in outdoor PE activities! This week, we chose to go for a walk with 4Wo to the old firehall park and play in the snow. Check out our smiling faces!
Starting next week, we will add snowshoeing to our PE activities. It is very important that everyone be dressed to enjoy the Alberta weather… so snowpants, winter boots, mitts and a toque are essential. (Be sure to wear sturdy winter boots for snowshoeing!) We are outside every DAY 2 for Phys Ed. We are all looking forward to some wintry wonderful fun!
In other news… Christmas Concert is fast approaching. Our Grade 4’s have been working hard on this year’s production. We are looking forward to a festive day on December 11! Please remember to get your loonie and toonie donations in for the Blackfalds Christmas Bureau, and you could have a chance to win front row seats for the concert.
Thank you to all families for your generous donations to our winter service project. Stay tuned to this blog to see how much we have collected!
We have also finished researching our first WONDER. Next week we will be sharing our learning with each other. I can’t wait to see how each student shows what they know!
